Initial Consultation
The Initial Intake lasts 90 minutes, and begins the foundation for our work together and for your healing journey. It is here that we collaborate and I get an idea as to your health issues (physical, mental and emotional) and what your goals might be thru working with me. We will look for patterns in your health history, talk about how you feel currently as well identify your health and wellness goals. By the end of our meeting, I will leave you with some recommendations to get started with. I will then spend time going deeper into your case, doing any required research, and coming up with a protocol that integrates herbal, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to support your wellness goals.

Custom Wellness Plan
Our next appointment lasts 30 minutes and is when you will receive a summary of your consultation and a customized wellness plan that is in line with your goals. This includes my recommendations and suggestions as to diet and lifestyle changes, stress management, nutrition, herbs and supplements. Resources will be provided as needed to help you implement your protocol. This service is part of the Initial Consultation and is not an additional cost.

Follow Up/Ongoing Appointments
Follow-Up appointments last 60 minutes, and are best made after about 4 weeks after the Initial Intake to assess how the herbs and the protocol are working for you, to answer any questions, and to make any adjustments to my initial recommendations.
After the follow-up, 60 minute ongoing support appointments allow us to check in on your progress, discuss any concerns or questions you may have as well as to explore any new issues or needs that have arisen in your physical, mental or emotional health given the seasonal shifts or life circumstances.

As an Herbal Practitioner, I take a holistic approach to healing, considering the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of my clients. I work collaboratively with you to help you tap into you body’s own innate healing capability through a variety of protocols, including lifestyle, nutrition and herbal therapeautics.
In my clinical practice, I specialize in helping highly sensitive women regulate their sleep patterns and nervous systems, alongside addressing other chronic issues commonly experienced by individuals who identify with this trait. This often includes providing support for digestive issues (the Gut-Brain Connection), the long-term impacts of stress on the cardiovascular system, hormonal imbalances, allergic and autoimmune conditions, and musculoskeletal pain. Being sensitive often leads to feelings of overwhelm and overstimulation, as sensitive individuals are not only attuned to their own thoughts and feelings but also absorb those of others around them. This keeps their nervous systems in a constant state of stimulation and activates their stress responses.
Recognizing the connection between emotional sensitivity and its impact on one’s body, mind, and spirit often takes individuals a considerable amount of time. I am passionate about working with people to help them understand the high sensitivity trait and all its nuances, as well as providing support for learning self-care strategies and selecting herbal remedies tailored to their unique constitution. My hope is that, by working with me, we can tap into all the gifts of your sensitivity and learn how to manage its challenges, making this a transformative experience.
