THE SENSITIVE NERVOUS SYSTEM SELF ASSESSMENT

A Reflection Quiz by Christa Gault, Clinical Herbalist

PURPOSE:  This short reflection helps you explore whether your nervous system may be naturally more sensitive to stimulation, stress, and emotional input – a trait often seen in highly sensitive individuals

This is not a diagnosis, but a way to increase awareness of how your nervous system responds to the world

Is Your Nervous System Highly Sensitive?

A gentle self-assessment for women who ffeel deeply and experience the world intensely

Many highly sensitive women experience the world more intensly than others.  They may notice subtle changes in their environment, feel emotions deeply, and require more time to recover from stress.

This short reflection quiz can help you explore whether your nervous system may naturally be more sensitive.

What Does It Mean to Have a Sensitive Nervous System?

A sensitive nervous system processes stimulation deeply.  This can show up as heightened emotional awareness, strong reactions to stress, or a need for quiet time to recover from busy environments.

Sensitivity is not a weakness – it often comes with deep empathy, creativity, and intuition.

But it also means the body may require more intentional care.
